Terms and conditions for partners
Agreement
By participating in the collaboration program between PC Marine & Education Services (“Company”) and internet cafes or online application form filling service providers (“Partners”), Partners agree to the all terms and conditions.
Referral Code
Partners must ensure that the referral code is correctly entered in the registration form for each candidate. The Company will track the referral code to attribute incentives to the respective Partners.
Registration Form
Partners will be responsible for assisting candidates in filling out the Company’s registration form accurately and completely. The Company will provide Partners with a unique referral code to be entered on the registration form.
Incentive Program
During the specified period, as communicated by the Company, Partners will be eligible to earn incentives for successfully filled application forms submitted through their internet cafes or online application form filling services. The incentive amount and criteria will be communicated separately.
Terms and conditions for partners
Compliance
Partners are required to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting the Company’s services. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the collaboration agreement.
Duration
The incentive program and collaboration agreement will be applicable for a specific period as determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at its discretion, without prior notice to the Partners.
Payment and Performance
The Company will review the performance of Partners on a weekly basis and calculate the incentives earned accordingly. Payment will be made weekly, based on the Partner’s choice of payment method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed-upon options
Confidentiality
Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the collaboration. This includes candidate details, referral codes, and any proprietary information related to the Company’s application process.
Terms and conditions for partners
Termination
Company may terminate this collaboration agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be settled according to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jaipur,India. Any disputes arising from this collaboration agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations, and if not possible, by the appropriate courts in Jaipur, India.
By participating in this collaboration, Partners acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
